HES Wilayah Sdn Bhd was first established as a sole proprietorship in 1975 under the name of Hardware & Engineering Supplies (HES). HES grew and expanded its business throughout Malaysia and was incorporated as a private limited company on 24th November 1982. The name of the company was first registered as Hardware & Engineering Supplies (Penang) Sdn Bhd and subsequently changed to its present name. Hes Wilayah Sdn Bhd on 1st September 1984.
